Twelve foot ceilings and oodles of natural light will welcome you, as you watch the downtown activity at the local farmer's market on Saturday mornings. With a restaurant on each side, a gift store, and a coffee shop in the same block, all your needs are met! Get your steps in and enjoy small town life. Completely updated apartment is on floor 2 and 3 with a private entrance.

Our cozy home offers a great location on Clear Lake with only a short walk to the sandy Public Beach, as well as the Public Access where you can put in your water toys! The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.

This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on a secluded 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. Explore natural ecosystems and witness sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and behind that are honeybees. Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

The cottage has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full/twin bunkbed), and a full bath. The maximum number of guests is 5. This is a true tiny house, but when you are at the lake you are there to enjoy the lake.

The North Country Trail and the Baw Beese Trail are closeby, as is Baw Beese Lake, Lost Nation State Game Area and the St. Joe River.
