A thoughtfully designed studio with stylish and modern features. The balcony and ocean view is one of the highlights of our space. Just a short distance from Honoliʻi Beach Park (3 minute drive or 15 minute walk) we live in a safe, quiet neighborhood on the Hāmākua Coast. The space includes WiFi, TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the dinnerware and silverware for light fares. Our slice of paradise sits on 1 acre of manicured tropical orchard with over 40 varieties of fruit trees, a giant stand of bamboo, hundreds of orchids and herbs. Newly constructed unattached studio cottage with canopy queen size bed and super comfortable full size futon. Indoor bath with shower and outdoor bamboo shower. Brand new kitchen and an adorable lanai for enjoying the panoramic view of sunset or morning coffee. Our teak swing above the cottage offers a horizon view of the ocean.

Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.
