The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Do not be surprised to hear the fish eagle's call by day or the jackal at night, and be on the lookout for wildlife as warthog and nyala sightings are common.

Fern Rivers Unit 3

Large open plan bedroom with open truss ceilings, wooden floors and a large cupboard with kitchenette and bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and basin. The unit uses a gas geyser. Wifi and tv run off an inverter during power outages. This unit is not equipped for cooking, but an air-fryer is provided. These units have wooden floors which some guests may find noisy.
