This apartment on a 6th level has the perfect height for the best view of the beach. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room - kitchen with breakfast area. Complete apartment that allows 6 people. The bed/sofa- and a queen size air mattress are available. Marbella is a tourist complex with the highest standards of safety and beauty in its areas. The rental of the apartment allows 1 parking space in front of the complex as well as the use of all the pools, play areas, jacuzzi.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE JUST BEHIND OUR PROPERTY. Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). AC has an extra cost of 7 us$ per day. NO TV. No smoking
