Apartment is totally self contained and offers off street parking and separate entrance.

The Woodland Inn

The Woodland Inn is not “inside city limits” but that is our thing. Perfect to escape the city, relax and reset on a tassie vacation. Located only a 10 min drive from Sandy Bay but based on a 10 acre lot. The Woodland Inn is the best of both worlds. Perfectly situated to forget the hustle&bustle of your day job and feel reconnected to the world. We do live onsite in the main house, but other than helping out when needed you won’t hear from us. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay!

New Town Pear Tree Studio

Private self contained studio located in the heart of New Town. 8 minutes drive from the CBD, and on a direct bus route through North Hobart and into the CBD which runs every ten minutes. 250m walk from amenities such as a Kmart, Dan Murphy’s, Coles, Woolworths, chemists, cafes and New Town’s renowned bakeries. You will have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at your fingertips. All the comforts of home taken care of, with a kitchenette, full sized fridge and laundry.

Roomy accomodation with private access. This accommodation DOES NOT have a KITCHEN. Sleeping up to 4 adults. The accommodation is in the downstairs part of the main residential property. It is a 5 minute walk to various cafes, Pizza places etc supermarkets, chemist & post office. Also very close to bus stops which will take you to the city past the well renowned North Hobart restaurant precinct ( which is only a 15 min walk anyway). Direct access provided with a key pad or via hosts.

Five minute drive (3km), or a scenic half hour walk to the centre of Hobart, Salamanca markets and the wharf precinct. Note - There is a set of stairs alongside a steep driveway to the studio entrance and may not be suited to those with walking difficulties.
