Ranch in the Woods | A Peaceful Designer Retreat

Welcome to @ranch_inthewoods No cleaning fee STR permit #34035 This newly built ranch-style home with thoughtfully designed wabi-sabi interiors sits in the woods of the Warwick Valley. It's located a short drive away from several lakes, hiking trails, breweries, and dining experiences. It features forest/creek views, designer furniture, modern appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas cooktop), smart 4k TV, gym & yoga studio, gas firepit, and ample deck with an outdoor kitchen & dining area.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. Cozy town house apartment located right in the middle of town. Just 10 minutes from the Unadilla Motocross track in New Berlin NY. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

Willow Treehouse - secluded, unique, romantic

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. No WiFi and no cell service = fully disconnecting from daily life and true relaxation. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers (2 adults max). STR operating permit #21H-109
