Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique Shire themed 1 bd RV with both sunrise field views & sunset forest views. Snuggle up on the patio for evening relaxation, or drink coffee while you spot the native birds. Far enough away from town, but close enough to drive 5min for delicious choices in local restaurants, wineries and taprooms. Also close by are activities like golf, horseback riding, hiking, waterfalls, swimming, festivals, & escape rooms. The property is a shared space.

Plus you can have extra secure/dry parking in garage! ... and for travelers with larger vehicle or towables.... lots of street parking easy in/out.

A true mother-in-law suite with its own entrance in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We will provide you with your own keyless entry code prior to your arrival. You also have the option to use the courtyard area right outside the private entrance, complete with comfortable seating and string lights. Off-street parking is provided for 1 car. Zero cleaning fees.

Cozy Apartment with Great Outdoor Space

12-15 min from the Ridgefield Fairgrounds/amphitheater! You will love this convenient ground level apartment in the back half of our shop. It is 500 sq ft with a small bedroom and comfy queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could sleep one adult or 2 kids. The outside area is completely fenced, perfect for pets and children.
