unsere kleine 60m2 wohnung bietet dir von der innenausstattung alles was du brauchst - neben einem großartigen ausblick auf unseren hausberg, den ötscher (1898m), aber auch in die idyllische landschaft des mostviertels. durch die fenster, die direkten blick auf die benachbarten felder und wälder freigeben… unsere lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, am dorfrand von wieselburg-land, andererseits sind es zur westautobahnauffahrt ybbs nur 5 km. die umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches programm!

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Das Stadt Atelier befindet sich im historischen Schiffmeisterhaus direkt an der Donau. Durch seine zentrale Lage sind Geschäfte und Gastronomie in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Schiffmeisterhaus liegt auch am beliebten Donau-Radweg und bietet eigene Radabstell- sowie E-Bike Lademöglichkeiten. Das Stadt Atelier an der Donaulände ist ein besonderer Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Auf wenigen qm, bietet das kleine Haus alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Bezaubernde Terrasse inkludiert! Herzlich Willkommen!

An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

Unsere Zimmer liegen mitten im Ort Steinakirchen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte, Banken, Gasthäuser, Apotheke, Friseur, ... . Im Haus selbst befindet sich ein Restaurant/Pizzeria. Es gibt genügend private Parkplätze neben dem "Grünen Baum" oder auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.. Der Sparmarkt gleich in der Nähe hat ein kleines Bistro wo man frühstücken kann.
