Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 5 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.
