Attraktives Haus bei Bregenz mit Pool und Aussicht

* Schifahren / Biken / Wandern / Baden * Das Haus mit Garten und Pool (Mai- September, nicht beheizt) bietet einen sensationellen Blick über das Rheintal bis zu den Schweizer Bergen. Es hat Platz für 7 Personen. Direkt beim Haus starten Wander- und Biketouren. Bregenz ist ca. 1 km entfernt der Bodensee 10 Minuten. Das Bödele (Skigebiet/Wandern) ist circa 25 min entfernt. Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

Ferienwohnung Penthaus

Das Trauteheim besteht aus insgesamt 7 Ferienwohnungen welche in ein Stallgebäude von 1952 gebaut wurden. Diese bestechen zum einen durch die ursprüngliche Lage direkt neben der über 800 Jahre alten Nikolauskapelle, zum anderen wird durch die leicht erhöhte und dadurch exponierte Lage ein erhabenes Gefühl und Weitblick ins Grüne geboten.
