Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Stay and Fish Homer Alaska

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. It's walking distance to the Jack Gist baseball fields and disc golf course. This upstairs apartment sleeps up to 6 in two bedrooms. One room holds a queen bed, while the other has two queen beds.
