Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Fin fisk i vannet, trenger ikke fiskekort.

Activities: Swimming, great walking area, boating & fishing on the lake. 30 min to Kristiansand & Mandal 15 min to best salmon river in South Norway. Can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Både opparbeidet gangveier og stier øya rundt. Finnes også tilrettelagt kyststi rundt deler av øya. 1 minutts gange til badeplass med strand, svaberg og gode fiskemuligheter.

The outdoor-toilet provides a 7-meter free-fall experience, and a cable car transports firewood up to the cabin. Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Velkommen til vårt idylliske hus, perfekt for deg som ønsker naturskjønnhet og en ekte norsk opplevelse! Huset ligger rett ved vannkanten. Her kan du nyte morgenkaffen med utsikt over fjorden. Direkte tilgang til sjøen – perfekt for bading eller fisking. Elbillader: 2,3kW - type 2 uttak (ta med egen kabel) Søgne 15 min. Kristiansand 24 min. Kristiansand Dyrepark 35 min. Mandal 22 min. 15 fots båt m/6hk motor tilgjengelig på sommeren. Båten er ikke tilgjengelig i Oktober og ut April.
