Pool home centrally located

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Ozello Keys Cottage on Crystal Bay

2/1 Ozello coastal cottage on stilts surrounded by nature, tranquility, and endless views of the water and estuary. Nature lovers paradise. World renowned fishing and scalloping. Regular dolphin and manatee sightings. Relax with the whole family on the large screened back porch providing gorgeous views of the Nature Coast and stunning sunrises over the salt marsh. The open floor plan opens up to a large screened porch with a dining and lounging space with private and expansive water views.

Chassahowitzka/Homosassa Waterfront Home

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

UpTheCreek at Mason Creek Preserve - Old Homosassa

This home built in 2019 is one of the most recognizable homes in Old Homosassa. Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry area, second floor deck and game room. The property has three separate rentable spaces. The house, the loft and the studio. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

Waterfront - Kayak to Springs with manatees !

This property is on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat, even swim to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 kayaks plus a paddle board are on site. Fort Island Gulf Beach is a 10-15 min drive. Home was built in 2019 so everything is relatively new (AC, roof, kitchen, appliances). There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs 5 kids upstairs. Plenty of parking!

Funky Flamingo River Cottage is a hidden gem on the Weeki Wachee River, designed for fun, relaxation, and adventure. Enjoy a no-see-um screened lanai, a comfy king bed, Smart TVs in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Paddle with manatees in our clear kayak, float on the lily pad mat, or unwind by the fire pit. With games inside and out, a hammock, and direct water access, it's the perfect escape—just off the main river, between the State Park and Roger’s Park.

Unique 2BR/1BA stilt home on an island in the Ozello Keys, Crystal River, with canal views to the Gulf. Recently renovated with a modern nautical feel. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor laundry, and plenty of parking (RVs with approval; up to 8 vehicles). Dog friendly! Includes 4 kayaks with paddles. Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
