Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

Have your coffee while manatees swim by the dock, take a cool dip in the spring water, or toss a line & catch some dinner. The site is shaded with large oak & magnolia trees, perfect for having privacy to enjoy the outdoors. We provide a fire pit, table & chairs, & a large area mat for outside. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

With games inside and out, a hammock, and direct water access, it's the perfect escape—just off the main river, between the State Park and Roger’s Park.

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
