Bring friends & family to this fully remodeled and decorated home. It features a screened in pool, multiple fireplaces, and floating dock to tie up your boat(s) in a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf and 3 Sisters Springs. Enjoy swimming with the manatees, scalloping, fishing in the gulf, kayak (2 inc.) & tube down the river, or shop & eat in Downtown Crystal River. The home has over 2,300 sq ft, 3 bedrooms / 3 baths making it a comfortable getaway for any season and occasion.

Pool home centrally located

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

The open floor plan opens up to a large screened porch with a dining and lounging space with private and expansive water views.

Chassahowitzka/Homosassa Waterfront Home

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

UpTheCreek at Mason Creek Preserve - Old Homosassa

This home built in 2019 is one of the most recognizable homes in Old Homosassa. Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry area, second floor deck and game room. The property has three separate rentable spaces. The house, the loft and the studio. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
