Nestled on a quiet, spring-fed canal, The Manatee Lodge offers direct access to a beautiful, crystal-clear lagoon that stays 72°F all year long. The calm, shallow waters are perfect for spotting wildlife—you might see fish, skates, river otters, manatees, and even dolphin. Explore with our kayaks & paddle boards, bring your own boat or call Capt. Rick to pick you up from our dock. Afterward, relax by the fire pit, play in the game room, or unwind on the screened balconies overlooking the water.

Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.
