沙田內的小区，环境旺中帶靜，交通便利，火車或巴士也很方便。 周邊配套設施充足，樓下有大廣場，附近有多個公園可供登山及緩跑。 鄰近第一城及河畔花園，周围商铺林立，購物飲食也很便利。 房間簡約舒適，是一個理想安樂窩， 無論考試或旅遊也相當適合。 Located at Sha Tin, has a attractive environment and convenient transportation. Surrounding facilities, including shopping malls for shopping and number of parks for climbing and jogging. Nearby is City One estate and Riverside gardens, which have variety of items for shopping and eating. The room is simple and comfortable, it is suitable for exam or travel.

My home is a 3-storey single house with a garden located at countryside of Hongkong, apart from the master bedroom where me and my wife live, we have 4 spare rooms for rent. Shared with spacious living, dining areas, fully equipped kitchen at G/F. Green house for Chinese tea arts & plant-filled garden at G/F. Roof area with beautiful mountain view. My house has been shooting scene in movies (怒火Raging Fire), TV dramas (TVB's 獅子山下, 把關者們, 廉政狙擊) and other kinds of film making.
