The Seaside Modern Apartment delivers true comfort in a spectacular waterfront setting. Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). A car is strongly recommended.

The 2-room, non-smoking space has its own entrance and patio, a king-size bed, full bath, and roomy living area with fireplace, MCM furnishings and a wet bar. Owners live upstairs. This fully furnished 900 square foot apartment is located on our 17 acre farm with beautiful views of the Olympic Mountains. Enjoy the friendly farm animals or venture out to quaint shops, eateries, and bays in Poulsbo just 5 minutes away. 60 acres of wooded trails next door are perfect for walks, frisbee golf, or horse back riding. Located just a short drive from ferries and the Olympic Peninsula.

" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Short walk through the yard to the beach. Guests may bring their watercraft or use our four kayaks, row boat or pedal boat. Please return where you found it, so the tide doesn't take it away. Our unique cottage resort is situated right on the water's edge. Cottage #2 is the middle of three attached units. The hot tub is outside of Cottage #1 and is shared among all three units.
