During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. This 2 bedroom, 1000 square foot luxury apartment is located in a small-town gentrified, eclectic neighborhood. The great room includes, kitchen, living, dining entry, laundry room. One bedroom has a Simmons queen bed. One bedroom has King bed, twin bed and twin sofabed (Novaform). Amenities include small washer/dryer, wifi, internetTV, fridge (with icemaker) and dishwasher. Pets allowed adhering to Petiquette rules (in house rules). The home is about 30 miles from Silverwood Theme Park.

Close to hiking and lots of outdoor recreation. Please note there is a friendly dog that roams the property. His name is Sammy and he likes to announce your arrival!
