Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This sweet little home was my Great Grandparents place. We are honored to provide a cozy, simple getaway for others to enjoy. The area provides a small town feel with great amenities. Welcome to the Sandhills of Nebraska. The area is known for river trips in the summer and hunting. Local grocery store, coffee shop and world class golf courses within 30 miles are a few highlights. The local airport is great for private pilots.

Cheerful 2-bedroom residential home in Hyannis

Your family will feel at home in this cozy house which is located close to the gas station and grocery store. This is our second home that we stay in during the school year. Should you rent it during the months of late August to early May, some of our personal belongings will be in the house. Guests are always welcome at any time of the year.

My place is close to great views. You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). (We require no "masks" even if Airbnb lists this as such... due to requirements for hosting!)
