Located in the small town of Ponderay, it’s just a 5 min drive to the Red Barn park and ride or 25 min drive to Schweitzer Mountain Village for skiing, snowboarding, hiking or mountain biking. Cozy life on the lake.

This sweet little condo on the lake has been remodeled to feature nice clean lines and custom finish. Enjoy Lake Pend Oreille and marina views from the living room, kitchen and of course the porch. The town of Sandpoint is only a few blocks away so enjoy the short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and our famous city beach. Bring your kayak or SUP and launch out the back door. Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.
