Our cottage was built in 2019 and was ready for furnishing in October 2019. The whole house, interior and houseware is generally of high quality. The living room has a cosy sofa and a 65” tv screen. All beds are high quality with down comforters for every guest. There are two bathrooms, where one of the bathrooms also serves as a laundry room, and an indoor hottub with view over Akureyri. the outside storage room you have space for your outdoor equipment. We are located 20km from Akureyri, so this cabin is the perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, nature, northern lights or just a great base on the Arctic Coastway.

Welcome to our small cozy cabin in the tranquil town of Hjalteyri. It is perfect for small families, or friends travelling together. This cabin is our home away from home, so we except our guests to treat it as such. . It has an amazing sea view if you are lucky you can watch whales from the patio. Hjalteyri is charming town only 20km drive from Akureyri.

The house is 137 square meters and is in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 rooms with double beds and one with 90 cm bed. Large living room and a nice kitchen with all the necessary tools. There is a spacious bathroom with shower and bath tub and another small toilet, a magnificent terrace with barbecue and hot tub.
