Explore the creek bed that leads to a stocked trout stream. Visit the goats at the farm. Kids born 3/25There is a slope from the parking to the house. Two TV's are connected for your convenience. Parking is off 414 with ample space for 3 cars. This remodeled home has hard wood floors, custom kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger.
