Acerca de 4 km para Norte, a partir da cidade da Horta, fica a Praia do Almoxarife. No espaço " a moagem" há vida em cada recanto, no jardim existe uma cisterna d' água e uma eira. Apresenta uma arquitetura de traça tradicional, que remonta ao início do século passado. N' a moagem pratica-se uma filosofia com base no tradicional e sustentável. Built in 1927 by Jaime Ferreira da Gama, grandfather of Jaime Gama, former President of the Portuguese Assembly, it was acquired in 1950 by our family and restored in 2006. It is located 850 m from the city center and 700 m from the Ferry Port. Enjoy this peaceful home with ample outdoor space, overlooking the fantastic views of Horta Bay.

Solar-powered wine house located in the Landscape of Pico Island Vineyard Culture - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.

Outrora adega tradicional de vinho, construída por Francisco Paulo em 1980, esta moradia serviu durante muitos anos como local de produção e armazém do vinho da família Paulo. A adega foi remodelada e ampliada, mas mantêm os alçados tradicionais e a decoração e pormenores próprios dos tempos em que foi utilizada como adega.
