Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Pet Friendly Retreat relax in this newly remolded three bedroom two bath home just 5 minutes from Lake Catherine & Lake Hamilton this little cabin is just far enough out of town to feel the beauty & serenity nature has to offer while remaining close enough to enjoy Oaklawn, historic downtown, the hiking/biking trails & all the shopping & dining you want with a short 10 minute drive. There is a large patio out back overlooking the fenced back yard full of tall trees, hammocks & firepit to enjoy.

It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON 4 th of July Complimentary firewood and use of fire pit. Food and grocery delivery available. Darling Studio Addition Private Covered Patio, Full Kitchen, queen size wall bed. Amazing pebbled floored shower with marble vanity in the bathroom. This unit is my smallest, it’s like staying in a tiny house. It does have the largest covered patio. No view of lake , However you do have acess to the lake front by walking down right hand side of property. Fishing Fire Pit.

The eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you will need from pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, tea, and more. Immerse yourself in Hot Springs' architecture, art, & history as the cottage is just a few miles from downtown shopping, restaurants, Bathhouse Row, Northwoods Trails, and Hot Springs National Park.

Tree Loft at Jack Mountain

Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
