Welcome to our relaxing lakefront escape! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sits right on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from all Hot Springs has to offer. There is a private covered boat dock for you to use - you can rent a boat or bring your own! Enjoy the sunset and beautiful views while soaking in our hot tub on the outdoor deck. Come leave all of your worries and relax in our peaceful retreat any time of year!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in cove will be minimal.
