Rustic Bear Creek Cabin

The cabin is situated on our multigenerational, operational farm. Experience rural life in depth. This unique stay provides endless opportunities for exploring and experiencing Mother Nature’s bounty at its best! Falling Springs falls, the Jackson River, The Homestead and The Greenbrier Resort are all nearby! Outdoor activities are available throughout the area: ample hiking trails, kayaking excursions, fishing, Lake Moomaw, the infamous natural, warm spring waters bubbling from the earth, etc.!

River Cabin with Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Blue Ridge

Enjoy a cabin on 2 acres in the middle of the Blue Ridge. You'll have private access to the river for floating, kayaking, fishing, or relaxing listening to the water. 25 mins away from Lexington with many shops & restaurants. 30 mins from Homestead & Hot Springs. Close to the Natural Bridge, Jefferson National Forest, & many hiking trails. Many breweries, wineries, & distilleries with in 30 mins. If you're an outdoor lover, like shopping, great food & beverage, this cabin's locations has it all.

Cabin in the Shenandoah Mountain surrounded by National Forest on 3 sides. Inside cozy atmosphere with warm lighting and local landscape art throughout. Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Cabin On The Creek

Set in the beautiful Alleghany Mountain Range, the Cabin On The Creek is a custom-built luxury cabin with amazing views and access to Potts Creek on a private wooded property. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek include the back porch, observation deck with Adirondack chairs, and walking path that leads to a stunning view of the Potts Creek “Sinks.” Enjoy the tranquil natural environment as you make use of the outdoor grill, picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub.

Quaint Cottage with Yard & Firepit

This quaint cottage in Hot Springs, Virginia, 2.4 miles from the historic Homestead Resort, sleeps 6 (to include a California king sized bed!) or can be the ideal location for a romantic getaway. Cottage includes 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, and laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The living room has satellite TV. Bluetooth speakers are wired into the common space. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee and a $100 pet fee (if applicable).

Mitchelltown Apartments-Stay and Vacation

The apartment has a living space featuring a couch and tv for relaxing after a long day of hiking nearby trails and a desk for tidying up some loose ends (wifi included) before your big meeting. 1 queen, 1 full bed. Enjoy your stay here with all the amenities of home as this apartment has a full kitchen and bath along with a washer and dryer combo. Within walking distance to some of Virginia's best outdoor activities. Gym access available upon request. Two night minimum stay required.

Farm's Edge Cabin at Apple Horse Farm

This cozy, secluded cabin sits on the edge of a 1000-acre farm overlooking rolling hay fields. This is the perfect spot for solo travelers, families, or couples to relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors. Find yourself drinking coffee, finishing up work, or deep in a good book in the sunroom. Then fill your day with outdoor activities throughout the Allegheny Highlands. At night, grill out and enjoy dinner around the table. Then light a bonfire and stargaze before ending the night.

The Manse at Warm Springs

Enjoy a stay at this historic, pet friendly, Colonial Revival home built in 1900, formerly a Presbyterian minister’s house or “Manse”, located in Warm Springs, VA. Perfect for a family getaway, golfing trips, Girl’s Weekends, or corporate retreats, The Manse features 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Four Seasons den with fireplace on an acre of land. Walk next door to the historic Waterwheel Restaurant and Pub for dinner or drinks. Located 1 mile from the newly re-opened Warm Springs Pools.

The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! By September 2020, there will be a new outdoor living area with a hot tub and dining.

Little Cabin in the Woods is quiet and secluded!

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.

Rendezvous at Rhonda's View!! Enjoy your morning coffee and evening beverage while sitting on the deck or screened-in porch overlooking the Cowpasture River. It is truly a special place of serenity. Geese, heron, and an occasional eagle fly along the river valley. The Cowpasture is one of America's most pristine rivers. **Please make sure to read "Other Details to Note" for notes and rules regarding the water filtration system and no smoking policy.

Welcome to "Mountain View Cottage" a beautiful vacation rental that lives up to its name. This rental is nested in the quiet mountains of Hot Springs, VA and is the perfect spot for a beautiful mountain getaway. Mountain View is located within walking distance to the famous Omni Homestead resort, the Bacova Brewery, Sam Sneads Tavern and downtown Hot Springs. You will find hiking trails, the Warm Springs Pools, restaurants and Lake Moomaw nearby.
