Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We purchased this house from our dear grandmother who loved her view of the bay, hence the name; Martha’s Bay View. You cannot beat the beautiful view of Lake Superior and the amazing sunsets. Not far from 2nd Sand Beach for swimming and picnics. Use this as home base for all the sightseeing our area has to offer. Fully operational kitchen with microwave, coffee pot/Keurig. No pets and no smoking. All bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.

Small oven fits 12-in pizza. Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups provided. 2 burner hot plate. 3/4 bathroom. Pull down FULL size (NOT Queen) Murphy bed with attached table when up. Pots, pans, silverware, dishes and cups provided. Good drinking water from faucet. Bed linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi and smart TV. NO TV carrier.

With panoramic views from inside and out you’ll have amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the lake. The nighttime views of the stars and the Northern Lights are even better! Inside there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, sit in front of the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi tub or even play a game of pool. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

You won’t get any closer to the shores of Lake Superior than this house-very unique!! The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking as it feels you are floating on the water - open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sound of seagulls. Panoramic views from inside and outside the house and just steps away from the shore. Rock fire pit on the pebble beach to end the day with s’mores or just to warm up on a cool evening. Great fishing year round!

The Alice at Beach View offers a perfect getaway for those looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Upper Peninsula! Our unique tiny home is down the street from Hancock Beach and is just a short drive to downtown Hancock and Houghton. The volleyball courts, picnic areas, trails, playgrounds, and water are only a few steps away! Book together with the Ava House next door for a larger group. Rest easy knowing we'll do everything we can to make your stay fantastic!
