This is a unique "cabin in the woods" tree house style home nestled high up on a property making up part of the Table Mountain Reserve, overlooking the world heritage site "Orange Kloof" effectively the back of the Table Mountain reserve Despite its apparent remoteness, it lies just 7 min from Houtbay central district and 12 minutes from Constantia shopping centre. Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Situated on the west coast of the Peninsular 50 minutes to Cape Town City Center one way and 25 mins to Cape Point gate the other way. Noordhoek beach is to the right and Long Beach to the left of the house.

Our quaint soulful rustic cottage is probably pretty much as close to Noordhoek beach as it gets. Check the waves from any room and wake up to the sounds of nature. The cabin is completely private and surrounded by nature but not isolated. (There is another house 50 m away) Parking and Wifi is provided and a shared pool is in the garden behind the house. Two storey cottage with stunning mountain and sea views of Hout Bay. Open plan kitchen dining area with a wood burner, leading onto garden with cocktail pool and 2nd bedroom downstairs. Upstairs a lovely living room with glass doors onto granite verandah and beautiful mountain and see views and ensuite master bedroom. Inverter installed so we do not notice the power outages. Discounts offered for longer stays - on request.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
