The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.

The street is quiet with ample parking, including 1 car garage. We have 3 bedrooms, and 1½ baths. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall bath, and a half bath off master bedroom. A 52" Smart TV in living room. The unfinished basement is not for guest use, we have added a new wall and door to separate it from the guest space.
