Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure or a peaceful retreat, this space is the perfect home base. Walk to the ocean, explore shops and trails, or visit ski hills like Whistler, Grouse, Cypress, and Seymour. The suite includes a private entrance, kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedroom—your quiet retreat after a day of exploring.

Bench 170

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

Cap it all off with a feast on the deck or lie down and gaze at the stars or follow the rising moon. Please note there is an enclosed suite with a tenant (not the owner), the suite is self contained with a separate entrance and is heavily soundproofed for minimal interaction.

It's located on Bowen Island - a gorgeous island getaway a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. This is an otherwise owner-occupied home, set up to be accommodate visiting guests but owner will not be in the premises and guests will have access to the entire home.
