The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

Complete with essentials including laundry and a breakfast nook, this bungalow is perfect for both short and extended stays, offering a unique Portland experience.

The Green Door PDX: A European Inspired Cottage.

A bolthole created from passion by Kaemingk Collection, The Green Door PDX was designed to provide a unique respite from the energy of Portland while being conveniently located only minutes from downtown and popular shopping/eating districts. We have taken queues from Europe and built a traditional field cottage tucked into the landscape at the front of the property and surrounded it with mature greenery for an inviting welcome and ultimate privacy for our guests.

Pool-house is 750 square feet, and features a master bedroom, full bath, living area with kitchenette, and access to and shared use (With our family) of the swimming pool in summer months (June, July, August). Surrounded by private wooded garden with Japanese plantings and water features. Located in Portland's West Hills, just minutes from Downtown.

There are historic photos of the Firehouse that help tell its story from a working firehouse to a fabulous residence. Please come experience this historic firehouse, located in NW Portland. It is an easy walk to bustling NW 23rd restaurants and shops.
