First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. The lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious". This is not a "Disney" experience... frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone! Occupancy limited to online reservation. Be sure to review Kansas Laws for alcohol age use or illegal drugs list. No firearms are allowed on the Heartland Ranch property.

Our Barn cabin nestled in the trees with all the amenities of home just a short drive down a gravel road off of Highway 75 near the casinos.Enjoy a picnic in our grain bin gazebo,build a fire in the pit , or a walk on the nature trail .If your looking for peace and quiet you are at home.We do not allow pets of any kind in our cabins but ask us about our dog boarding facility located on the same property.

Country setting five minutes from civilization. Self contained suite shares one common wall with main house. Full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Master bath has shower for all guests to share. Kitchen/dining area has table with seating for 4. Enjoy the deck, grounds and grill. Watch the pond for blue herring, ducks and geese while in season! Some exterior areas are under video surveillance.
