Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Hytten, som vi nævner den er bygget i 2019 og er fritstående fra huset. Huset ligger på en lukket villavej dvs roligt område. Ligger tæt på fredet natur område, idræt område og Nordens Hus. Det tager ca. 15 min at gå ned til havne/centrum. I hytten findes alt det man normalt har brug for. Parkering plads, TV, WIFI og meget mere.
