This is a one of a kind handcrafted newly built 3 bedroom, 1 bath traditional Icelandic house that has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the countryside. You´ll enjoy complete solitude of pure Icelandic nature right by a river for a peaceful and secluded stay. It boasts a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Ideally located in the heart of the Golden Circle with mountains and glacier views. Plenty of activity’s from rafting to hot natural pools right by.

Secret Cabin Hvítárdalur

Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Near Gullfoss and Geysir and only 100 km to the capital city Reykjavík. The cabin can accommodate 2-4 persons. One bedroom with beds for two people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa for two persons. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom has a shower and the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.

This luxury house is located in a beautiful private place in the middle of the Golden Circle. Enjoy the northern lights without any light pollution. We want great comfort for our guests, all beds are with high quality bed linens from Lin Design. The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is equipped with furniture and a Weber gas bbq. A small river with trout fishing is nearby and our guests are welcome to fish (included). We have a lot of horses and guests are welcome to take a look.

One bedroom villa with hot tub

Beautiful 40m2 cottage for 2 people, great view to mountains and northern lights (Aurora Borealis) in winter. This home includes 1 living room , 1 bedroom (default double beds) and 1 bathroom with shower. In the kitchen is a Nespresso machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with mountain views and a hot tub. In the house is a smart TV. The unit has a bed that can both be double and twin, double is default but make twin for a request.

Skard Cottages are offering this unique place and it has a style all its own. Built in every detail as the old style Icelandic timber house of the 18. and 19. centuries. Luxorius house with 2 bedrooms, hot tub and bbq. Jóhannshús stands in a spectacular place with great view over Stóra-Laxá river, Langjökul glacier and a rig of mountains. Placed on a family horse farm 10 km from Flúðir village, close to the Golden circle. The house and its Private Hot tub uses geo thermal water.

Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.

Beautiful cabin located on large private property. Family friendly space, with 2 cribs, play pen, two high chairs and changing table. You won't be bored in this home as you will find puzzles, board games, gaming consoles(Nintendo Wii U, PS4), books, children's toys, a high quality bluetooth speaker and great Wi-Fi. Outside you will find a spa area with hot and cold tubs and sauna. Children can enjoy the swing and groups can enjoy a game of frisbee golf.
