The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Secluded cabin, located in The Southern Part of Sangre de Cristo Mountains on private land. 100 gallon potable water container, bbq, 2 chairs, drinking water and a miniature porta potty. There is minimal electric via solar. There is also outdoor lighting on the porch. 3 miles to Lake and approx. 35 minutes from the National Sand Dunes
