The Whistle House

Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. We are close to downtown, Ozark Coffee is .05 miles, Lamy building .03 miles which has Bistro No. 5 & Bar, Foundry 324 Event Center. We would love for you to stay with us. Billy & Christene Meyer.

San Vincente Lake Cabin at SundanceKC

Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games. Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Enjoy our peaceful and relaxing country home just 1 mile from Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster State Park and Charming down town Knob Noster. Hear the birds chirping in the day and the frogs of the ponds in the evening. Surround yourself with pines, pasture, fruit trees and blackberry bushes outside and space for entertaining or family dinners inside. Built in 1940, this cute old sheep farm still holds its charm with many modern updates.
