Located on a picturesque bluff above Trinidad State Beach, this home has an incredible unobstructed ocean view. Featuring a hot tub for 6 people, a deck overlooking the magnificent ocean, and beautiful back yard to complement the setting. Trinidad State Park directly borders this home to the North, so you're right at the edge of great walking trails. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. are all within walking distance. You'll feel right at home! Max. occupancy 8 adults and 2 children.

Humble Home on the Coast | Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Welcome to your humble stay on the Humboldt Coast. Wake up to coffee on the porch swing with open views of Redwood National Park and Redwood Creek. Then walk, ride, or drive past the elk herd to old-growth redwoods, or follow the creek to the mighty Pacific with miles of flat beach. Spend more time exploring with the best access to giant redwoods, breathtaking beaches, and phenomenal fishing. Return home to vacation mode with cornhole, foosball, smores and a movie, or a hot tub under the stars!

Tent, q-sized inflated bed, showers, ocean 1 mile

This tent is permanently darkened on the exterior by mold. We cannot clean it without destroying the waterproofing. It is ugly, but otherwise in very good shape; interior is NOT moldy. Tent is roomy, w/queen-sized inflated bed, firepit/free wood, picnic table, & propane heat if needed ($8 ). Bring your own bedding: pillows, towels, sleeping bags, etc. We can provide bedding if necessary, but have to charge a $20 flat fee for laundering (PG&E costs are ridiculous), for which we are sorry.

Rose Garden Bungalow

Rose Garden bungalow is part of Creekside Arts, an collective supporting the arts in Humboldt County. As a guest your will enjoy a quiet, cozy studio cottage situated on 2 landscaped acres surrounded by redwoods, a 10 minute drive to either Arcata or Eureka. There is much to discover and experience right on the property: a library, perfect for reflection and writing; fruit trees, roses and other flowers, vegetable garden, an artist gazebo/studio, our chickens and bees, and a bocce ball court.

Blue Lake Sanctuary

Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Redwoods, Private Hot Tub, Rain Shower, King Beds

Spend time among the redwoods near the fish pond in our elegant modern retreat with many artistic custom elements. Let the tension from the road melt away in our hot tub and spa like rain shower, then relax on our comfortable California King beds. Located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in the hills above Arcata, near extensive redwood hiking trails. Unwind in our sheltered outdoor living room, with a fire pit by the pond. Please keep voices low out of consideration for the neighbors.

Pilot Rock Cottage

This little cottage has a view of the ocean, is private and in a quiet neighborhood, and is great home base for exploring the local area, or just enjoying reading by the fire. The house has all that you need for a relaxing get away. We lived in this home for several years and therefore it has all that you need such as a full kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, etc. We now provide WiFi. We also take COVID-19 seriously and ask that you observe all recommended precautions.

Surf Sanctuary Retreat and Sauna: Beach & Redwoods

The Surf Sanctuary retreat is minutes away from remote beaches and redwoods. Please note: Redwood Park is 30 minutes away. The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. Perfect launch location for hiking, surfing, cycling and enjoying this amazing place. Enjoy our beautiful quiet space for relaxation and renewal.

Enjoy your stay in Arcata in our four bedroom, two bath home, with bonus sun room. Located less than a mile from the Arcata Plaza, a five minute drive to the beach, and a five minute drive to the Redwoods. The house is a lovely space to unwind and relax by the fireplace after a busy day at work or play. The kitchen has the appliances and tools needed to create great meals. The garage has a washer and dryer. There is level 2 Charging on site.

Ferndale Picturesque Cottage.

Cottage is in a secluded, woodsy setting. A safe and quiet space in which to relax. You'll find two private patios which enjoy the early morning sun. Queen bed in bedroom, single bed from pullout sofa in living room. Spacious bathroom (shower only). Fully equipped kitchen. Your own off-street parking space. WIFI with excellent upload/download speeds. Apple TV, Blu-ray player, Bluetooth speaker (no cable)

Redwood Grove Cottage

Charming, affordable house all to yourself set in a small redwood grove. Nearest neighbor 200ft away through forest. 15 min walk to Trinidad on a country lane. Queen bed in master, comfortable twin bunk beds in tiny second bedroom (adults ok in bunks if less than ~180lb). Bonus playroom/office. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Level 2 electric car charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). Well behaved pets ok.
