The house in the bush

We offer our former family home in the true original spirit of Air BnB. Our house is not a hotel but we are confident it has everything you need to enjoy a true hospitable Australian experience. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this home in the bush is the perfect spot from which to enjoy local attractions such as The Territory Wildlife Park, jumping crocodile cruise, Litchfield National Park, Fogg Dam, Mary River Park and is just a two hour drive from Kakadu, or 40 minutes to Darwin.

Relax and enjoy the native wildlife on the property while having a BBQ or cooling off in the pool.

Located on 5 beautiful acres, where you can enjoy your own private space. The deck is the perfect spot to watch the storms roll in or enjoy a beautiful Territory sunset. You can also hop into the pool directly from the deck. The space is all yours! Open plan lounge and kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom. If you have extra guests, there is a fold out couch. and we can also organise a porta-cot if you have a little one. Pets negotiable! We know you will love your stay.

We have traded in our previous caravan (in June 26) and now have a brand new Jayco Silverline. Spacious very comfortable modern caravan with all modern conveniences including TV, aircon, toilet, shower, washing machine and full kitchen with stove, microwave, and a large fridge/freezer. Set in a peaceful rural setting with table and chairs to sit on outside . Outdoor bbq also available. Set amongst gum trees. Close to shops. Independent living.

Humpty Doo Retreat

Escape the bustle of the city and stay in our Humpty Doo home. Bring the whole family and take a dip in the massive swimming pool (which is warmed to the perfect temperature of 27 degrees). Enjoy the chirping of birds in the morning and the peace and quiet that rural Darwin brings you. If you want to head into Palmerston city it's a cruisey 20 minutes drive, or into Darwin city is just 35 minutes.
