This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 categories of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All apartments are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
