Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. Peaceful secluded stay on 30 acres just an hour to an hour and a half away from Dallas. Overlook a private 5 acre lake and take in the scenery. All the amenities of a luxurious hotel suite, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but just 15 minutes from Commerce, TX. Of which, has everything that you may need including a quaint small town coffee shop, nice selection of restaurants, and stores.

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace.
