Enjoy morning coffee on the spacious, multi-level deck, spend your days kayaking or fishing off our private pier, retreat to the seasonal bunkhouse to relax, or head out to our Musky Lounge to have a beer and play some cards with friends. Cozy Trailside Nordic Forest Cottage

Welcome to the Trailside Gökotta Forest Cottage: a modern, minimalist and serene nature cabin on the Birkie Trail system. Gökotta means 'to get up early to listen to sounds of birds and the forest'. Located right on Birkie Ridge Trailhead with close access to vast CAMBA trails, this is a nature escape for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski, hike, and bird watch. Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

The Wolf Den - A Wooded Hideaway

Nestled in 5+ wooded acres on a private road, the Wolf Den is a secluded cabin just 13 miles from Hayward. 2500 sq ft with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. Main Level has fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, Full Bath, and 4 season Sun Porch. Upper Level features Master Bedroom /Bath and large Loft Area for games and entertainment. The Lower Level has Wash/Dry plus Game Room with Pool and Foosball and Electronic Dart Board. 3 car garage with opener- 2 stalls for your use.

Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind. Cabin is brand new as of January 2024. Host is 14 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however certain sizes and breeds are allowed by permission only. We have a NEMA 15-40R outlet for level 2 EV charging. You bring chord and adapter

Welcome everyone! We have plenty of trailer parking, ride snowmobile and ATV right up to your door, trail just seconds away, and hot food across the road! Ask us how you can rent the entire motel for large groups for a discounted rate! Comfortably sleeps 4, up to 5 with futon. Sleep 6 with rollaway bed upon request. 1 bedroom includes full and queen bed. Full kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Soap and towels included. Living Room includes a couch and futon. Enjoy a quiet, relaxing week in the north woods of Hayward, WI! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin sleeps six comfortably (2 queen beds and a futon). Cabin is two levels and 1500 square ft. The cabin is located on the Namekagon River with direct access to Hayward Lake and the public boat launch just a few hundred feet away. You really get the best of both worlds here as the cabin is tucked away in a private, wooded area but is also walking distance to downtown Hayward and other attractions!!

We fell in love with Hayward for the same reason so many people do: the lakes, the quiet, the slower pace, and how easy it is to feel connected to nature. The Cabin for Two sits at the end of a private road on a small wilderness lake, surrounded by county forest. Wildlife is part of daily life here. Loons call across the water, swans and other waterfowl pass through, and deer regularly move through the yard. In the warmer months, bears occasionally travel through the area.

Less than 4 miles from the sweet town of Stone Lake (coffee shop, wine shop, fun bars, bait, ice cream, and a cool hardware store) and only 18 miles south of Hayward, it's ideally situated. You'll find it's close to everything you want to see and do, but completely off the beaten path. Yes, it's a cabin-- complete with knotty pine and fireplaces-- but you won't be roughing it. Great beds with lovely linens, wonderful spaces for gathering.

Sleeps 8 and Dog Friendly. On a small private lake (Glover Lake) with great swimming, fishing, canoeing/kayaking and only 1/4 mile from the Chippewa Flowage CC North Public Boat Landing which is a separate lake than Glover Lake. Near UTV/ATV and Snowmobile trails. Glover Lake House is a 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Home with huge yard (9.75 acres) to enjoy the outdoors! Separate Screen House, one (1) Aluminum Boat and two (2) Canoes makes this the perfect outdoor space.
