Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

Walk to shops, cafés, restaurants and Bentleigh Station, with free street parking out front. Sleeps up to 4 persons with 1 queen bed size plus the Forest Cabin House Beds(two small double size beds). Full kitchen with Thermomix and three coffee options ，Smart TV with Netflix, washing machine, and a sunny courtyard with hammock and outdoor seatin.

Huntingdale Rd has a great variety of cafe's and eating places.
