Comfortable Woodstock Getaway

Our peaceful property is 5 minutes from the Town of Woodstock, 15 minutes to historic Kingston and Exit 19 of the NYS-Thruway, and 45 minutes to ski areas. The house is large and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of lounge space, a sunlit expansive library with a large variety of old and new books, a home gym, and a backyard with a fire pit. Great for families with or without kids and weekend getaways with friends. Our goal is to offer an affordable experience for all our guests.

Modena Mad House

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Secluded Oasis w/ Fire Place In Stone Ridge

Beautiful contemporary on one of the most prestigious & scenic roads in Stone Ridge.On 6 acres for privacy, our country escape has 3 bedrooms; including 1 primary ensuite bed/bath. The living room is filled with sunlight encompassing its cathedral ceilings with a fireplace for those chilly nights. Separate dining room can host up to 6 people. Screened In Porch is key for those bbq nights. We are dog friendly only as we are highly allergic to cats. There is a $75 pet fee per stay.

Hudson Valley Tiny House

If you've been looking for the tiny house experience, look no further. Michelle and Chris built this tiny house to live as eco-friendly, comfy, and healthy as possible. Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: county pool, winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Rosendale Trestle View

Enjoy views from your upstairs oasis: 1 big bedroom, office/smaller room with a day bed, kitchen, & bath. Stay coooool all summer long with our very quiet mini splits. Slip out your private entrance to hike Joppenbergh. Bring or Rent a bike, ride or walk or even X-country ski the #EmpireTrail, the Rosendale trestle and Wallkill Rail-trail. View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.

Little Minka - Japanese House in the Woods

Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior. Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub on request. We have Japanese bathroom products in partnership with sowakanyc that guests can experience.

Great location! 2 hours north of New York City. 20-minute drive to Woodstock, Kingston, Stone Ridge, High Falls, Rosendale. Located on a cul-de-sac with an incredible view of High Point Mt. with breathtaking sunsets just minutes from the scenic Ashokan Reservoir! People from all backgrounds are welcome! Eco-friendly!
