A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Our recycled barn has a private entrance, tons of space, tons of huge old antique lead glass windows for tons of natural light, huge loft with King size bed, and tons of fun twinkle lights, couches. Kitchen including fridge, microwave, sink, coffee pot, toaster, blender, toaster oven, electric skillet, crockpot, dishes. Featuring a shuffleboard table in the saloon.

Ahoy! Sailor’s Way is a relaxing, pet friendly cottage minutes away from the quaint, downtown Vermilion. Whether you’re shopping, eating, boating, or checking out the farmer’s market, Vermilion always has something going on, so book your stay! Although there is no beach access, at the end of the road, you can see Lake Erie! The cottage is close to public beach access, the lighthouse and several parks. Approximately 45 minutes to the Miller Ferry Port and 35 minutes to Cedar Point.

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.
