Sodus point (restaurants, beach, playgrounds, boat launch, etc) is less than 10 minutes away and public boat launch and bait shop is 1.5 miles around the corner. The house is stocked with bedding, kitchen needs, games for kids, patio furniture, and a grill. Baby and toddle items are available.
