Upstairs apartment at the Broadmoor

Cozy apartment in a historic home. Centrally located, the apartment is less than a mile from downtown, food and shopping, the cosmosphere, and college. Two miles from the fairgrounds and three from the salt mines. Our little family lives right next door if you have questions, need recommendations, or help with anything! Please note the apartment has been recently renovated but is in an old building built in the 1800s. It is an upstairs apartment and is accessed by a long staircase (pictured).

"Line Shack" of PondaRosa Duplex & Water Park

The "Line Shack" side of our duplex apartment has 1 Queen size bed with a couch. We offer this side of the duplex for 2 people however 1 more guest can sleep on the couch for $10/night more to cover the extra bedding and towels. There is a two door passage between the two apartments (like in a hotel suit) and can be locked from either or both sides. Both sides have a refrigerator, stove, sink, and eatery supplies in the kitchen areas. Each has a full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

Enjoy this spacious lower walkout basement. You will be in scenic surroundings that is within walking distance to Cheney Lake. The property borders the Cheney Lake Disc golf course. Lake activities : walking/biking trails Boating/jet skiing Kayaking canoeing Paddleboards Public Hunting. Enjoy the beautiful star gazing, and bird watching Live entertainment at the Out Post on weekends, which also offers a restaurant/bar convenience store with Canoes, Kayak and paddle-board rentals.

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Inside, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen and living room. Both a washer and dryer are available for your use only, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent. Outside, you will find a variety of farm animals as well as a garden and pond. The drive to the town of Hutchinson takes about 15 minutes.
