My place is centrally located and close to EVERYTHING! Just jump on Hwy 130 less than a mile away to reach Austin, Georgetown, Pflugerville and Round Rock quick and easily. You’ll love my place because of Its cleanliness and perfect layout. It is truly a beautiful home! Walking distance to the community swimming pool and park. Just minutes away from Hawaiian Falls Water Park, golf, Super Target, many shops and restaurants. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and big groups.

Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Bring the whole family to this spacious house with lots of room for fun and a private pool to enjoy. The house is fully equipped, and we have plenty of amenities for families: a great collection of modern board games (Wingspan, Pandemic, Ticket To Ride, Carcassonne...), a ping pong table, a retro arcade machine, plenty of kids toys and a crib and high chair. The house is in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. There is grocery shopping and good restaurants within minutes.

The Palette Pad isn't just a cabin—it's a piece of Texas history. Originally built as the art studio of C. P. Montague, one of President Lyndon B. Johnson's favorite artists, this inspiring space is where she painted hundreds of Texas landscapes overlooking Scurlock Farms. Many guests tell us that after reading C. P. Montague's story and seeing her artwork throughout the cabin, The Palette Pad feels much more than a place to stay—it becomes part of the experience.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1750sqft) that backs up to a hayfield. The house has 3 queen size memory foam beds. The master bedroom has a office desk. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
