The loft has ca. 100 sq m. which consists of kitchen expanding on terrace and garden, bathroom, one large and one smaller bedroom, newly decorated living room with a view of the sea and town of Hvar, place for dining with sofa and balcony.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple, or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is placed 20/25 minutes walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5km/2km walking distance.

Apartment is just renovated, it's very cozy, located in haert of old town. It has it's own entrance from the quaet side of house and due to that has privacy. Parking place that We provide is 100m from the apartment as due to it position access by car is not allowed
