We are a short walking distances to the Sprouts Farmers Market, 1.9 miles from the LSU Lakes; 3.0 miles from LSU Campus; 3.3 miles from Tiger Stadium & Alex Box Stadium; & 4.6 miles from downtown Baton Rouge. No vehicles may park on site over the 2 advertised spaces. We live on-site and will not tolerate abuse of these terms.

This historic, raised home sits in the downtown historical Beauregard Town neighborhood. During your stay you'll be a short distance to several major venues, like the Canes River Center & Casinos. LSU campus is just a quick 5 minute drive. Whether you're in town for business, vacation or an LSU game, you’ll have a prime location! Access to the entire home + the side patio. The River Retreat

This cozy cottage is nestled along the bank of the Atchafalaya River, a few miles south of interstate 10 and half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La. Drive through your own little private swamp as you enter the property before it opens up to the cottage. The front porch is only steps away from the river. Large windows line the front of the home so you will have a wonderful view wherever you’re at. It is a perfect place to relax while surrounded by nature.

You will be delighted to stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, PET FRIENDLY home. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and is stocked with small appliances for all your needs. You will find comfortable beds and bedding in each of the 3 bedrooms. We have a strict No Parties, No Gatherings, No Visitors policy. This is a quiet, well established, neighborhood. All guests must always be considerate of neighbors.

Home away from home

Nice quiet spot to relax. Centrally located so just minutes away from downtown and near many stores and restaurants. This neighborhood is patrolled by hospital security. That being said, it is across the street from a hospital so you do hear sirens at times. It’s also an older home. I do my best to take care of it and make sure everything is in great condition for y’all.
